Request an On-Hand Bag
When you locate an On-Hand or a Quick On-Hand Bag at another station that matches one of your Delayed Bag Files, you request the station to send the bag to you.
A station that creates an On-Hand Bag File can also forward the bag to you when there's a match, without waiting for you to request the bag.
Tip:
When you follow the Compare and Choose a System Match process from the Station Inbox, WorldTracer automatically opens the Request Bag screen.
Request the Bag
Menu: Passenger > Delayed Bag > Manage

Select Request Bag from the triple-dot menu.

Enter the file reference of the On-Hand Bag you want to receive at your station.

Click Request Bag.
When a Request Bag is actioned, WorldTracer closes the On-Hand Bag File and sends a message to the Forward Messages folder of your Station Inbox.
Tip:
If a Request Bag is not actioned by the station holding the On-Hand Bag, WorldTracer sends them a reminder after 12 hours. If after 24 and 48 hours the request has still not been actioned, WorldTracer sends a reminder to the System Prompts folder of your Station Inbox, asking you to request the bag again.
